Getting started
When can I start using it?
Early access opens in 2027, starting with the accounting firms we're working with now. Put your name down and we'll email you when your place is ready.
How do I invite my accountant?
Open your company's Team page, enter their email and choose a role, such as Accountant or Viewer. They get a link to join with their own sign-in, and you can remove them at any time.
Can I bring my data from another system?
Tell us what you use now through the contact page. We'll help you work out the best way to bring your records across.
Signing in
Why do I need an authenticator app?
Your books hold your business's money and your staff's personal details, so every account signs in with a password and a six-digit code from an app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
I've lost my phone. How do I get back in?
Write to support from the email address on your account. We'll check it's really you before resetting your two-step sign-in, which can take a little longer; that care is what keeps someone else out of your books.
E-invoicing
Do I need to e-invoice?
Under LHDN's timeline updated 30 August 2026, businesses with annual turnover under RM3 million are exempt for now. Use the checker on our homepage and confirm your dates with LHDN or your tax agent.
How do invoices reach MyInvois?
When your business is in scope, you submit an invoice to MyInvois from the invoice itself, and see when LHDN has validated it. It's included in every plan.
Payroll
What does payroll cover?
Pay runs with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB worked out, payslips, and the monthly summaries you need for the contributions.
How much is it?
RM5 per employee paid in the month, with a minimum of RM25, on any paid plan.
Plans and billing
Are prices before or after SST?
Before. SST is added on top where it applies. All prices are in ringgit.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes, a yearly plan costs ten months' price, so two months are free.
What happens if a payment fails?
We'll tell you and try again. If a bill stays unpaid, your account may become read-only: you can still sign in and download everything, but not add to it. We won't delete your books over a late payment without warning you first.
For accounting firms
How does the firm plan work?
The firm console is free. You pay RM20 a month for each client company you keep the books for, with no minimum, and every one gets the Business features. Clients who pay for their own plan and invite you cost your firm nothing. Your firm gets unlimited staff and one work queue across all your clients.
Can my staff see only some clients?
Yes. Partners see every client. Staff see only the clients you assign them, with a role for each: accountant, bookkeeper, payroll or viewer.
